Kaz Kinsella

Kaz comes to IFM with 25 years of experience in human resources, talent management, operations, and communications. Kaz’s approach to HR is ensuring employees are supported, are valued, and have the tools they need to effectively get their work done.

Kaz’s past experience has been anchored with brands such as The Walt Disney Company, with Stanford University School of Medicine, and with government entities, where she built strong organizational cultures during times of growth and transition.  

When not working, Kaz enjoys cooking for her family from her expanding vegetable garden and walking her dogs on her local beach, come rain or shine. She also has a passion for finding unique finds for her home in antique and vintage fairs.
