Present at the Conference

Take part in this year’s AIC by speaking during a concurrent session or presenting a poster on an innovative clinical topic that showcases your research findings, clinical experiences, and expertise in functional medicine. Applications are now open!

Become a Speaker

Concurrent sessions explore a specific clinical topic or area of interest aligned with the conference theme. Sessions take place concurrently with other presentations after mainstage lectures. Accepted speaker proposals will receive one complimentary registration to attend the full conference in addition to a speaking honorarium to be determined by IFM. Please review the application for other requirements and content submission guidelines.

Present a Poster

Poster sessions highlight exciting research and clinical insights from your peers. Posters will be in the form of interactive digital displays and will be available for viewing throughout the conference. Live poster presentations will take place during scheduled times and will include a Q&A opportunity with the poster authors. Accepted poster proposals will receive one year of complimentary IFM membership.

Conference Topics

The 2025 AIC will explore diverse clinical topics, including therapeutic plasma exchange for autoimmune and neurological conditions, hypermobility and connective tissue disorders, peptide therapies, quantum biology, dietary approaches for longevity and well-being, wound care and pain management, personalized care and the gut microbiome, healthcare transformation, foundations of functional medicine, and other innovative subjects.

Registration Policy

Program materials and CME/CE certificates are delivered to you through your personal IFM online account. For this reason, you may not register multiple people or someone other than yourself. Registration will close Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Conference registrations are limited and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.

In-Person Participation Policy

In-person participation is required May 28-31, 2025, to receive continuing medical education credit for this program. CME/CE hours are TBD. Please check back for updates. For in-person participation, you must agree to the following: to abide by all health, safety, and security advice provided by IFM and/or the venue, including but not limited to any guidance or procedures relating to public health risks, that only you may have access to course rooms. Children, unregistered spouses, or other unregistered persons may not attend the course or sponsored events associated with the course, and to not use the onsite Wi-Fi for downloading or streaming files on more than one device at a time. IFM strongly recommends that you download the course materials to your computer prior to arrival as there may be meeting space internet bandwidth limitations, and no physical handouts, including printed schedules, will be provided onsite.

Remember, it is required that you participate in this program. To fulfill the participation requirements necessary for the course to count toward certification, you must check in and complete the course, or log into and be present at the livestream course, as applicable, and also complete any required knowledge checks and/or evaluations by the stated deadline. Where applicable, course knowledge check and/or evaluation instructions will be emailed to you after registration and/or at the conclusion of the course. For courses that qualify for continuing medical education (CME) credits, to receive CME credits, you must complete any required course evaluation(s) and a timecard by the stated deadline within the course. AIC 2025 In-Person Conference

Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the conference?

Yes, it is possible, but we encourage prospective attendees to take advantage of IFM’s early-bird pricing, which offers significant savings.

Can I buy a ticket for just one day of the conference?

To maximize your experience and ensure you gain the full value of the event, we only offer full conference tickets.

How does the Room Block work? Can I book a room with my colleague(s)?

Yes, you can share a room with your colleague(s). However, each attendee will need to register for the conference separately. Once registered, you can book your room at IFM's discounted Room Block Rate and select the type of room occupancy that you need. Book with IFM’s Room Block Rate >

I am new to the conference. What is the best way to connect and network with other attendees?

The conference app is a fantastic tool for building connections, whether you’re attending in person or virtually. It allows you to join group discussions, create chat topics, and interact with other attendees. Details about accessing the app will be emailed to all registrants once it’s released.

Will IFM offer childcare onsite?

Unfortunately, IFM is not able to offer childcare onsite.

Is a caregiver’s room available for attendees who are pumping? 

Yes. We are pleased to offer a dedicated Caregiver's Room at the hotel. Located in the Show Office 5 room, this space is accessible throughout the weekend, equipped with comfortable seating, and features a refrigerator for your convenience.

What is the Dress Code?

Business casual attire is appropriate for the conference. Casual attire is suggested for the AIC Party and social events. Layers are always recommended as hotels are often well air-conditioned.

Does IFM’s AIC 2025 have a fragrance-free policy?

IFM has a fragrance-free policy. Out of respect for fellow conference participants, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong smelling fragrances or lotions. 

What is AIC’s plastic policy during the event?


In an effort to reduce single-use plastic, the hotel will not be offering plastic straws, and we encourage you to bring your own water bottle and hot beverage container.  

Will in-person registration also provide livestream?

In-person registration provides full access to on-site sessions and materials. However, if you’re attending in person, you will also have access to livestreamed sessions through the conference app.

AIC 2025 Livestream

Will I receive the recordings for the full conference with my livestream registration?

No, livestream registration only provides the livestream and associated course materials. 
 

What is the difference between in person and livestream?

Both provide great learning opportunities and interaction. In person provides more interaction opportunities, including live connection with staff and presenters. 

Will livestream provide CME/CE credits?

Yes. However, it may be less credit hours than in-person attendance due to limited content and interactions.
