From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
We hope to help patients get to the root of their imbalance, rather than simply manage symptoms of a condition. We help to inspire our patients to undergo whatever lifestyle change that is necessary, as most of us develop imbalances due to habits that decrease our health.
Prior to your first visit, you'll be asked to fill out our intake forms, which are available in our patient portal. The original intake visit is performed by our health coach/ nutritionist in order to save time during your visit with Dr Warner. We appreciate receiving any prior labs as well as a full list of supplements and nutriceuticals.
