From the practitioner: About My Practice
My particular interest lies in the persons ability to restore and improve function in their mind and body. I am a believer that health and well-being comes from kindness and appreciation for our situation and by relaxing into it we can let our life be our medicine. I work with people in collaborative way to find the balance through nutrition, movement and mindfulness. I also appreciate that change takes time and I engage patients in the membership model of care that includes group sessions, private appointments, online classes, and videos, all aimed at helping you understand how your body can heal and thrive.
