I'm Dr Tamika and I'm on a mission to eradicate fatigue, diabetes, hormone imbalance, and more from our modern lives. You see, I'm so much more than just an MD. Initial Evaluation:
Medical history, lab tests, overview of program principles, customized food plan, specific movement analysis and plan, and before photo for progress documentation.
Follow up visits:
Weekly to bi-weekly office visits to track progress and measure success.
Maintenance Phase
Range from Monthly to quarterly visits depending on patient need.
