From the practitioner: About My Practice

I work face to face, online and via skype. I am passionate about active participation in your health journey via mindful, conscious practise. We are all human and are challenged whether it be health, motivation or lifestyle. At a very minimum self knowledge has an impact. I work closely with you to draw on your knowledge together we find and treat the root cause to get you working at your optimal best. Collaboration is key and understanding your biochemical uniqueness, your proclivities and patterns enables us to find an actionable plan in a trusted environment. I love to work with people in a format of total immersion of a healthy environment through consultations, workshops and retreats.
