LifeScape is an innovative Family Medical practice and pioneer with 20+ years of Functional Medicine experience. We offer functional medicine consults for adults and children as well as affordable direct primary care and exclusive concierge care options for continuous primary care. Our team of providers, nutritionist & onsite fitness trainer work collaboratively to inspire and empower health transformation for people of every age.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Our goal is to inspire and empower health transformation. We do not work with any insurance plans though patients ca use pretax health savings accounts. Patients complete an extensive history to create a timeline of your symptoms and determine where the biggest challenges lie. Lab testing is not covered in the consultation fee but many tests are insurance-covered. Having studied &practiced Functional Medicine for over 21 years, our experience makes us less reliant on lab testing. We collaborate with you on the most cost-effective strategies for diagnosing and supporting your recovery. Follow-up may include time with our nutritionist or other team members.
