Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
I help you to achieve your health goals through gaining a better understanding of yourself and your needs. We look at how diet, nutrient requirements, stress and lifestyle choices may be affecting your health. We also look at how emotional stress influences your health and how to go about releasing that. When we want to improve health and fitness or free ourselves from illness or injury we need to understand what our bodies require to achieve that. When we become blocked in healing, we can discover what it is that?s stopping the body from restoring harmony. Your consultation will help you to get to the root and identify the changes you can make to improve your health and experience of wellbeing.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
A first consultation takes around 1.5 hours. You will complete a health questionnaire first. We discuss your health goals and also give you an energetic scan using the NES Provision System. An individualized health report is sent to you following your consultation and I give you lots of support to help you make the changes you need.
