Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

I treat people, not diseases. Together we will find the cause of your problems rather than just chase after symptoms with medication. I emphasize patient education and empowerment to support you every step along the way in making lasting lifestyle changes that will have a profound effect on your overall health and ability to heal. This involves a comprehensive approach including nutrition, exercise, dietary supplementation as needed, and hands on treatment to minimize pain and promote tissue healing and reduced stress. Each patient is unique. I design programs to meet each individual's specific needs.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

You can expect a partnership where your concerns are listened to and validated and not ignored. You can expect to gain a better understanding of your condition and a new optimism for finding a solution.
Expect to get involved in your own care.
