Functional Medicine Collaborative is a team of practitioners ranging from NPs NDs Nutritionists and affiliated with a psychiatric NP and Biological Dentist we work as a team to meet all the patients needs we treat all ages and all conditions w the exception of active cancer.

From the practitioner: About My Practice
Functional Mind is a full spectrum functional medicine practice with two IFM certified practitioners. Our typical first visit is between 90-120 minutes long which entails a full review of concerns, medical history and comprehensive medical exam. Testing usually entails stool, urine and blood tests and every test is fully explained and discussed before implementing. I like to keep supplements to a minimum but many times they will be needed to expedite health changes along with diet and lifestyle modifications .Telemedicine is offered for some of the visits after the first initial consultation.My partner, Dr Stein and I work closely and collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, functional pharmacists and functional neurologist.
