Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Hi, I'm Dr. Pamela Hyde, Founder and CEO of AIM Wellness. I’m a 24-year Air Force Veteran, and double Board Certified in OB/GYN and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine. Decades of experience have taught me that "hormones control our life and our entire life controls our hormones". I help mature, high-performing, professional women confidently take charge to protect their brain, bone, and body and create their best life with purpose passion and pleasure.

Optimizing well-being through addressing 5 pillars of health:
1. Hormone balancing
2. Nutrition
3. Gut healing/Detoxification
4. Fitness
5. Stress and Emotional Wellbeing

At AIM Wellness, we coach, teach and mentor clients toward their health goals and optimal state of well-being.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Unlike conventional medical practices, where the average face-to-face encounter with a physician is 7 minute, our patients can expect to spend 90 minutes for their initial evaluation. There is a detailed history that is required to be submitted before your initial visit. Our helpful staff can assist you in this process.

Aim Wellness emphasizes nature and food as healing to help you become an effective and efficient detoxifier of life. We believe in the innate healing wisdom of the body, and this becomes the cornerstone of our wellness approach. Our clients will receive individual and group mentoring from Dr. Hyde with guidance in all aspects of body, mind, and spirit.
