Description of My Practice
I'm a funcational medicine practitioner, craniosacral therapist and yoga teacher with a background as a toxicolgist researching into the safety, efficacy and marketing of medicines. I'm a general practitioner working with babies, children and adults, spciailising in women's health, migraine and ancestral craniosacral therapy.

I have a home clinic where I see patients Monday to Friday, working both online and in person. People come with a number of conditions, I support them with functional medicine which allows me to understand the underyling causes of their symptoms and which therapies, be it functional medicine, craniosacral therapy, yoga or a blend of all three maybe supportive.

Most patients see me for an initial consultation where we go through the funcational medicine timeline and matrix to understand the underlying causes of their symptoms and how I can support them. We then work together to develop a health protocol that suits the patient with a clear timeline.
