From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Lorraine works on the basis that an individual’s state of health is the result of the interaction between his/her genetic inheritance and the factors (such as diet) in his/her environment.
Before your first appointment you will be required to complete a questionnaire and at the initial consultation (allow an hour), a detailed picture of your life story will be taken. Laboratory investigations may be recommended. These enable a more targeted and individualised nutrition programme to be devised
You will then be given personalised:
– Explanations of factors that may be contributing to your symptoms
– Recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes
- Dietary supplement programmes, where appropriate, tailored to your specific needs.
