Our mission is to provide the highest quality of bespoke, individual care in a relaxing environment to help you achieve optimal health goals. Lara has offices within Align Chiropractic Norfolk (UK), situated just outside Norwich. There is ample on site parking and is served by bus routes 28 and 29.

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Lara works with proactive individuals who want to take back control of their health naturally, whether they are coming from a background of burnout, CFS, ME, recovering from illness or long covid versus just wanting prevent future issues and are biohacking. As a holistic practitioner, she enjoys helping people find natural tools to gain control of their health again. As a Chiropractic student she was taught nutrition under this umbrella, throughout the 6 years & has a diploma in Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition too. She is a certified Functional medicine practitioner, completing AFMCP through the Institute for Functional Medicine 2017 and her certification with the Functional Medicine University. She is also provides medical acupuncture.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Lara, we should stress is NOT a medical doctor and makes no claims as such. She does not prescribe medication, but will use nutraceuticals, herbal, diet & lifestyle interventions wherever possible to help a person take back control of their health. She can refer you for imaging, blood tests and other diagnostic tests. She is a holistic practitioner, who enjoys coaching clients in natural health and lifestyle interventions to live more fulfilled and healthy lives. When the need arises she will refer people on to their own GP, local private medical and functional medical doctors, when she feels your health challenge is outside her scope of practice, to other specialists.
