I work with chronic health challenges, specializing in diabetes. With my coaching program, we will work together to restore vibrancy and decrease risk of a statistically present diabetes demise. (chronic progressive illness leading to the 8th cause of death in the USA)

From the practitioner: About My Practice
I work with diabetics to focus on the underlying causes of blood sugar dysregulation. Treating this, and not the symptomatic higher blood sugars will work to get to the root cause of why diabetes is the 4th leading cause of death in the USA and a major contributor of many more of the top 10 causes including cardiovascular disease, stroke, falls etc.

I believe that education is key and an understanding of how you got to where you are as well as a clear path forward is the only way to success. Just being told what to do will never get you the results that UNDERSTANDING what put you here will.
