From the practitioner: About My Practice

I am a UK-trained nutritional therapist who applies the functional medicine principles in my work, intertwining cutting edge science into the holistic body, mind, spirit approach. I employ advanced functional testing for example DNA testing, Organix acids and advanced stool testing to help hone in on the underlying causes of health issues of an individual. I have more than a decade experience helping clients with complex and chronic health issues including thyroid, adrenal, autoimmune, gastrointestinal, chronic fatigue and other inflammatory conditions. I ensure my recommended plans work safely alongside conventional medical treatments. I work with clients in Singapore and overseas through face to face or zoom consultations.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Clients can expect me to dig deep into their health, life and family history. I may ask about your mental, social and spiritual well being. All the nuggets of your unique life story help paint a health picture of you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms.
Each step of the way you will get detailed explanations of your health concerns and test results. We work together to prioritize testing and action plans according to your individual circumstances. Action plans likely include changes to diet, physical activities, stress management, exposure to potential toxins and social factors.
Be prepared to fill in and return a detailed health questionnaire, together with any existing test results before your first consultation.
