Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Our approach is grounded in functional medicine and extends the approach to physical therapy and rehabilitation. We aim to reset your metabolism and gut, assess your strength, mobility and lifestyle factors that are currently influencing your total body awareness. We start by examining your current “scene” and identifying triggers and behaviors that are contributing to your current level of function. Once we have completed a thorough, multi-faceted examination, we will start your initial individualized plan. We will continue to fine tunes your program to address your painful and/or dysfunctional triggers. We have addressed countless patients in chronic pain, recovering from acute injuries/surgery and athletes looking for a competitive edge.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
