I see patients at Two Tree Integrative Health, a nurse practitioner led practice on the Eastern Shore that specializes in integrative and functional medicine. Primarily serving clients in MD, DE, and DC, we partner with patients to provide comprehensive, individualized and goal-oriented care on both a short term and ongoing basis.

From the practitioner: About My Practice

With backgrounds in both primary care and functional medicine, our team understands both traditional and alternate approaches to healthcare. We have a special interest in autoimmune conditions, hormone balancing, gut health, metabolic syndrome, lifestyle medicine, and preventative care. We partner with clients to develop shared goals and a realistic treatment plan with a focus on improving wellness, decreasing or resolving symptoms, and empowering patients through partnership, collaboration, and education.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Using functional medicine principles, new clients will see a nurse practitioner who will take a detailed history, evaluate past testing, order or refer for additional diagnostic testing if needed, identify health goals, and develop and implement a treatment approach. The practice has access to a full suite of advanced blood, urine, saliva, breath, and stool testing to get to the underlying causes of client symptoms. Clients should expect a comprehensive, individualized approach with personalized attention and a goal-oriented focus.
