From the practitioner: About My Practice
Dr. Jenna Montana, DC, MS, IFMCP is a functional medicine practitioner specializing in helping patients heal from chronic GI issues, skin conditions, and hormone imbalances.
Starting 8/27/2022 Cultivate Wellness transitioned to hybrid virtual/in person. She is licensed in both the state of Virginia and Florida and treats patients all over the country with virtual visits. Dr. Montana is accepting new patients for telemedicine and in person at her physical location in Dunedin with a limited schedule.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
As a new patient of Cultivate Wellness, Dr. Montana will meet with you for a 90-minute new patient appointment that will include a comprehensive medical history, a physical exam including assessment of signs of nutritional deficiency, following this initial appointment, Dr. Montana will have a better idea of what testing is necessary and order what is needed. Many traditional blood labs can be billed to insurance, while functional assessments of stool, saliva, and/or urine, may need to be paid for out-of-pocket.
Dr. Montana is also certified in the SAAT treatment for allergies, which has demonstrated success in treating Alpha-Gal Syndrome and other allergic concerns.
Dr. Jenna Montana, DC cannot prescribe pharmaceuticals.
