Description of My Practice
An exclusively online functional medicine practice from the UK with fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioners. We work with a broad spectrum of health challenges, however, we have special interests in Long COVID, mould related illness, fatigue/low energy, MCAS, skin issues and the gut microbiome. Lab testing can be arranged.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
After an optional free consultation, we divide our patient journey into two separate phases.
Phase 1 includes an in-depth analysis, identifying key triggers, dietary tracking, consideration of laboratory testing, a full report and an outline of recommendations over 2 separate appointments.
Phase 2 involves building on the foundations set in Phase 1 and implementing the changes outlined in the recommendations for effective recovery. It typically includes advanced dietary food plans, coaching and guidance on modifiable lifestyle factors, advice on supplementation, detoxification support, advanced tracking of results and ongoing education and support.
