Description of My Practice
Flourish Counseling & Wellness is a multi-specialty practice serving the DMV in person and online, offering functional medicine, acupuncture, health coaching & nutrition as well as psychiatry and therapy. In my other practice, Jacque Bliss, I offer trauma-informed energy work, including Reiki, SomatIQ Breathwork and Holistic Pelvic Care™.

I am here for the cycle breakers. For the people who are not ok with the status quo. Who aren't willing to accept a life of pain, illness, surgeries and mounting prescriptions. I am here for people who are ready to find a new way to health, happiness, joy and vibrancy in their lives. I'm on a mission to change the way healthcare is delivered, and I am committed to ensuring that this type of whole-person wellness care is accessible to all.
At Flourish, we offer functional medicine services, nutritional support, advanced lab testing with mobile blood draws, professional supplements, health coaching, psychiatry, acupuncture and therapy.
At Jacque Bliss, I offer trauma-informed energy work and mind-body work in person and online.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
We offer our functional medicine services in a membership model- this helps to create community support for your health journey and gives you greater access to our providers at a lower cost. After an initial consultation/case review, we can help guide you to the membership level that best fits your needs. All membership levels include 1:1 visits with the Functional Medicine provider, weekly group visits, health coaching support and portal messaging access.
We do not bill insurance for functional medicine, but many clients are able to use their HSA/FSAs to pay for portions of our services.
We offer a 15 minute initial consultations at no charge, to see if our practice is the right fit. These can be booked online at our website.
