From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Before an initial consultation (75-90 minutes), you will receive several forms to fill in and return. During the consultation, I take an in-depth case history and look at diet and lifestyle factors that may be having an impact on your health. After the consultation you will receive a personalised plan containing diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Functional laboratory testing may be recommended where appropriate. Follow up appointments are shorter (30-45 minutes). My aim is for every client to understand why I am asking them to make these changes rather than just follow instructions.
