Spriggs Nutrition offers personalised and functional approach to meeting your health goals. With a full systems approach and functional testing available allows us to assess your current health status, identify any underlying imbalances and work with you to achieve your health goals. Primary Nutritional Therapist, Helen Spriggs completed MSc in Advanced Nutrition (Research & Practice).

Spriggs Nutrition is located at the Spriggs Chiropractic clinic and together offer a functional medicine approach, looking to understand potential dysfunction. We are able to refer between practitioners, our Principle Chiropractor is Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) certified, we have on site x-rays, traction and rehabilitation equipment.
