From the practitioner: About My Practice

I practice Naturopathic Nutrition from a Functional Medicine perspective. I work one-to-one with clients online or telephone. I work with the Functional Medicine matrix and timeline to really get to the root of the imbalances a person is presenting with and work holistically with them to form a route back to better health. I specialise in auto-immunity, thyroid health and gut health.

A client can expect a thorough initial consultation where we explore medical and personal history, current health concerns, lifestyle and food choices. Working with the client's health goals, I devise an individual plan to include food, lifestyle suggestions, herbs, supplements and functional testing with ongoing support.
