Description of My Practice

We specialize in a nutritional approach to care- using food as medicine for preventative, acute and chronic illnesses. We utilize testing to look at the gut/brain connection- how nutrient deficiencies, infections, genes and gastrointestinal imbalances play a role in mental health, wellness and disease.
