From the practitioner: About My Practice
If you follow Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Peter Attia, Dr. Saladino, Dr. Lustig and Dr. Terry Wahls then you like what we do in my practice. These doctors understand the big levers that create health that include exercise, nutrition, sleep and working on your psychology. We focus heavily on the first three levers and refer to psychology to pull that particular lever.
I believe in results. Sometimes results take time. You have to be ready to change if you want your situation to change. If you can't change your diet and lifestyle functional medicine will do little for you.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
If you can change your diet and lifestyle for 90 days you can see some big improvements in your health.
