From the practitioner: About My Practice
Dee is the founder of Coho Health and is an IFM Certified Functional Medicine practitioner.
She is passionate about achieving outstanding clinical outcomes and changing the lives of her patients, as well as instilling those values across every member of the Coho Health team.
As you’ll see from the many success stories on our website, we achieve life changing results. We want to achieve those same results for you.
Dee worked in Clinical Drug Development in the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years before re-training in Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine, giving her a unique perspective on chronic health conditions.
The Coho team work fully within the Functional Medicine model, helping clients with chronic, complex conditions.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
We pride ourselves on offering outstanding, friendly, professional patient centred care and service.
A full health / medical history will be gathered at the initial appointment, including a review of previous test results, key life events, environment, stress, nutrition and other lifestyle factors. Your health goals will be discussed, any further testing ordered and next steps agreed with your practitioner.
Coho Health patients have the option of taking single appointments, or one of our 12 week or 6 month care plans (packages of appointments plus support).
Based on our many years of experience, we achieve the clinical outcomes with our care plan packages, as we can offer more structured support to help address your health concern.
