Lumine Health is a virtual-based, health and wellness consulting service owned & operated by Bridget Alsup, MPAS, PA-C, IFM-CP.

At Lumine Health, Bridget helps busy clients identify & address the root cause(s) of their health issues. Utilizing a functional medicine approach, she builds a therapeutic partnership with her clients and creates a personalized wellness plan to improve their overall health & optimize their performance.

Clients work either in small groups or 1:1 with Bridget through regular, virtual sessions. Clients are also provided direct access to Bridget via email and a secure online client portal for unlimited guidance and support!

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

1:1 Lumine Health clients can expect to be guided through a systematic functional medicine approach that is tailored and personalized to them based on their unique history, current symptoms / concerns, readiness to change, and health goals.

Small group clients work through a structured program as a cohort. The small group model offers clients the benefit of built-in social support via an online group forum along with regular group coaching sessions and several 1:1 sessions with Bridget.

Lumine Health's mission is to inform, educate and empower clients to make the necessary dietary, behavioral and lifestyle changes to not only improve their health, but positively impact every aspect of their life!
