From the practitioner: About My Practice

I’m happy to report that there is hope when it comes to chronic health problems and autoimmune diseases. I know it for sure because I’ve been there. I struggled for years with fatigue, frequent infections, weekly migraines, atrocious acne, awful PMS, and on and on.

And, I know first hand about autoimmune disease.

I will happily share the tools I've learned with you. Want to be a better mother, go for that MBA, travel, follow your passion? Life is meant to be fun and meaningful, but you can’t show up as your best self if you feel like crap (that’s a technical term).
