Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
My practice focus is on creating a holistic, root-cause approach to women's health care. My goal is to not only to prevent and treat disease, but also to promote optimal health and wellness. I'm board-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and have over 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness meditation, holistic nutrition, and health psychology. I particularly enjoy working with women on their fertility and postpartum journeys, and love helping to demystify hormone health!
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
An initial visit includes a comprehensive history and physical exam where we do a deep dive into your health history and explore the factors that may be contributing to how you're feeling. Then, together we'll create a plan to optimize your health and get you back to feeling like the best version of yourself!
You are the expert on your own body and when we work together, my goal is for us to be partners in your health journey. I believe that good medicine is based in good science and utilize modern medicine along with nutrition, exercise, supplements, and lifestyle modifications to make healthcare decisions that make sense for your life.
