Hi! I am a seasoned Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and currently open to female patients located anywhere in Utah or Idaho via Telemedicine.

My definition of “Matriarch” is any female who provides love, support, and/or education for their tribe – be it at home, work, or within their local or global community. The old saying, “If Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy” resonates far and wide – from a small family unit to a large corporation. When Matriarchs experience wellness, everyone benefits.

My Functional Women's Health micropractice is open to "Matriarchs" of all ages who are Sick of the Ick and ready to feel better!
