Welcome to my Functional Medicine practice! Are you sick of being ignored, insulted, or dismissed? Let me guess: You know that your body is trying to tell you something, and you have already tried almost everything. You are educated and you want your life back; and you are ready to work with an experienced IFM professional. Are you sick of being sick, and ready for answers? I am a fierce patient advocate. I take my job seriously. I am dedicated to educating you and supporting you - so that you understand the WHAT, the WHY, the HOW of what is going on with your specific health presentation and issues. Please know that you did not find me on accident. Trust your intuition. I look forward to being of service for you; and helping you succeed.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

The first step is for you to book a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals. Additionally, I will explain my approach, process, and answer your questions regarding custom-care and logistics. During this consultation, I will listen to your health needs and goals. Together, we will determine if we are well-suited to work together on this journey. If we are a "good fit" then I will explain my New Patient Encounter experience and provide details. This includes a two-hour initial consultation time so that we can really engage in a thorough exploration of you, as a holistic being. I use the IFM Matrix and Timeline. You can expect a true partnership in health-care. You can expect to feel supported and cared-for on this journey.
