Brian Clintworth

Brian has over 25 years of experience in financial management and services, with extensive experience in areas of financial management, including budgeting, cash flow management, and analyzing financial opportunities. As chief finance officer, Brian’s responsibilities include overseeing all the various financial aspects of IFM, including the strategic aspects of the business. From preparing the annual operating budget to monthly monitoring of the financial performance of the organization, he is always looking out for opportunities to broaden the impact IFM has in changing lives for the better.    

Brian has spent most of his career specializing in the healthcare and nonprofit space, beginning his career working for several large auditing firms before moving into industry roles where he could have a direct impact in the organization. Brian received his bachelor of science from Montana State University and his Master of Accountancy from Gonzaga University, Spokane WA.

Living in the foothills near Mt. Rainier, Brian and his wife enjoy the active lifestyle the Pacific Northwest offers. From skiing in the winter to hiking and exploring the mountains in the summer and fall, he likes to make the most of the environment he lives in. Warm summer days often find him on a paddleboard in a local lake or out walking with his two dogs. With five kids, there seems to always be a youth sporting event to attend, no matter the time of year.
