Peter Kozlowski, MD

Dr. Kozlowski is an entrepreneurial Functional Medicine doctor who trained at the centers of Drs. Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, and Susan Blum. He began applying Functional Medicine principles while working with underserved populations in Chicago during his family medicine residency. Dr. Kozlowski is IFM certified, speaks Spanish and Polish, and is successfully growing an independent practice in the suburbs of Chicago. He credits his success so far to the training and mentorship he has received while training with The Institute for Functional Medicine.
