As Director of Credentialing, Liz leads the development, analysis, and evaluation, as well as oversees and implements plans and policies that promote the delivery of our evolving functional medicine certification and credentialing program, available to licensed practitioners domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining IFM, Liz served as a credentialing executive for a variety of certification programs and professions including IT, human resources, and most recently, lactation consultants. She began her career at the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and has over 17 years’ experience managing certification programs according to testing industry accreditation standards and best practices. Liz holds a BA in English literature and history from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in public policy and gender studies from the George Washington University. She currently resides in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.
Liz loves the outdoors and can often be found hiking, camping, or kayaking. When she’s not out adventuring, she enjoys a slow run and a good yoga class. She loves trying out new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
